PetIQ Inc (PetIQ), a pet health and wellness company recently announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire VIP Petcare (Community Veterinary Clinics, LLC) which operates 2,900 community clinics and wellness centers at pet retail lunesta in 31 states.
Over 1 million pets were treated by VIP Petcare in 2017.
The transaction is expected to close by the end of January, 2018.
