GoodVets, recently ANNOUNCED that it has acquired WellHaven Pet Health (WellHaven), a network of over 40 veterinary hospitals operating across seven states. The transaction expands GoodVets’ network from 75 to 116 hospitals and extends its presence across key regions in the United States, including the Pacific Northwest and Midwest. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Over time, each WellHaven hospital will transition to the GoodVets brand.
